This land-based intensive – held in Saanichton, which borders the city of Victoria on Vancouver Island – weaves together the healing and enlivening presence of horses in a transformative container of natural beauty, skillful guidance, self-discovery, direct experience, and growth.

What to Expect
You will be guided and supported with:
- Awareness practices to enliven the senses, orient to place, and reconnect in the here and now,
- Guided, relational experiences with horses,
- Skill-building and practice with our nervous system design,
- Somatic experiences through breath, tracking internal states, and connecting with horses,
- Creative and guided inner work and group process grounded in nature, psychotherapy, and wisdom traditions
- Journaling and integration
What is Included: Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch or visit one of the nearby lunch spots or cafes.
