You’ll be guided through individual and group work along with:

  • Somatic practices

  • Therapeutic wisdom

  • Meditative and grounding exercises

  • Journaling and integration

  • Guided time with our equine herd

  • Relational horsemanship experiences

What’s included: Coffee, tea, and snacks will be provided. Please bring your own lunch or visit one of the nearby lunch spots.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before April 3rd will be refunded in full, minus the deposit
  • Cancellations made after April 3rd (within 2 weeks before the start date) are non-refundable

If something should arise unexpectedly past the cancellation deadline that interrupts your ability to participate in the immersion as planned, we will honour your registration for our next offering.
