Cancellation Policy

**We highly recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment in the case that something unexpected interrupts your ability to participate in the trip.

    • $500 deposit is non-refundable
    • Cancellations made before Sept 1 are refundable in full, minus the deposit
    • Cancellations between Sept 1 and Sept 15 will be refunded 50%
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non-refundable
